Charlie Hoff
Creative Design Director
Over the last twenty-plus years, as a Designer, Web Developer, and Creative Design Director, Charlie has overseen integrated advertising campaigns across emerging channels, digital, social, and print. He is passionate about the craft, pixel-perfect, and detail-oriented. Working directly with clients, he has developed strong relationships to deliver strategic and emotionally resonating creative that also successfully achieves business goals. Be nice and make awesome stuff. That’s always been Charlie’s motto.
Chico Fraley
Vice President, Operations
Chico studied Sociology at the University of Washington and has more than 25 years of experience helping clients and partners reach their goals. His innovative strategies and commitment to teamwork have established him as a leader in his field. He is dedicated to transforming challenges into opportunities, strives to continually improve in all he does, and draws inspiration from the people he works with. Seeing their dedication, creativity, or problem-solving approach pushes him to match their energy and bring his A-game!
Daniel West
Director, Sales
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from California State University, Chico, and has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. He joined the Markentum team in 2023 to help senior living owners and operators find the marketing partner they’ve been dreaming of. Daniel loves visiting the amazing communities around the country, meeting residents, and listening to their stories.
Hollee Kennedy
Partner Success Manager
A graduate of Florida State University, Hollee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and is also a Leadership Daytona graduate, class XXXVI. She is a board member of the local Daytona Beach Advertising Federation Chapter and serves as club Vice President. Hollee joined Markentum with more than seven years of marketing experience in various departments. As a Partner Success Manager, she focuses on developing and maintaining partner relations, as well as implementing strategy and project management.
Jordyn Kirkpatrick
Partner Success Manager
Jordyn has a passion for driving growth in diverse industries. With a knack for strategy and leadership, he excels in fostering beneficial relationships and developing innovative solutions. Working collaboratively toward shared goals, no matter how big or small, fuels his passion and drives him to do his best work. Jordyn’s forward-thinking approach and extensive experience make him a great asset to Markentum partners.
Katrina Burns
Analytics Strategist
Katrina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Jacksonville University. With more than 10 years in the senior living marketing industry, she uses her creative problem-solving and data-driven mindset to manage all partner marketing automation portals. Katrina applies her creative background to implementing marketing automation techniques that improve sales teams’ day-to-day duties and help families researching senior living options find information easily.
Kim Rosengren
CEO
As CEO, Kim brings almost 20 years of experience marketing healthcare and senior living solutions to Markentum. She believes that Marketing has the power to change minds and drive behavior and has a passion for using the right marketing tool at the right time to drive results. A graduate of both the University of Colorado and the University of Phoenix, Kim is a strategic and operational marketing leader with a history of building brand leaders, expanding markets, and accelerating sales.
Loreal Hiscock
Director, Content Marketing
Loreal graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oneonta. She has more than a decade of experience as a B2C and B2B marketer and content creator. Loreal is passionate about content marketing techniques and enjoys collaborating with partners to help tailor their strategies to promote business growth. She is constantly inspired by Markentum’s partners and the residents and families they serve.
Matt Grant
Director, Partner Strategy
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College. He focuses on producing measurable results and has more than 15 years of experience helping companies improve their digital marketing efforts through paid advertising and SEO strategies. Working as a part of a team inspires Matt to do his best work. There is something special when a team works together and everyone is “rowing in the same direction.” It makes you want to bring your best energy and effort.
Rob Day
Director, Sales
Rob is a strategic digital expert with more than 17 years of experience. He has built a solid reputation working with senior living owners and operators to leverage digital strategies. An alumnus of Arizona State University, Rob continually demonstrates his commitment to improving workflow and marketing attribution in the senior living sector. He loves working with clients to solve their problems, improve their performance, and help them drive success.
